1Service

Deloni is a software tool that helps businesses discover potential customers from public sources, analyse them with AI, prepare outreach, send it from the user's own mailbox, and follow replies and meetings. The service is provided "as is", as a tool the user operates and makes decisions with.

2Accounts and credits

Sign-up is free and comes with welcome credits. Credits are an internal usage unit, not redeemable for money, and do not expire while the account is active. We may change credit prices and free limits, and may close abusive or inactive accounts after reasonable notice.

3Roles in data protection

For every person you contact through the platform (decision makers, contacts, recipients) you are the data controller responsible for the lawfulness of collecting, using and contacting them, and Deloni is a data processor acting on your instructions and providing the tools needed for compliance. The platform gives no legal advice, and nothing in it is a guarantee of compliance with any particular law.

4Data we collect about you

• Account data: name, email, WhatsApp number if you add it, and your mailbox details if you connect one (encrypted; we read only replies to platform emails).
• What you enter: your company details, ideal customer profile, campaigns and contacts.
• Usage data: sign-in dates, features used and an activity log.
• What the system learns from your work: when you edit an AI draft and then approve or send it, we compare the two texts to learn your writing style (what you cut and what you add) and keep it as writing rules inside your account only, with each team member's own style. It is never used for other accounts or to train AI models, and you can see and delete it under «What the system learned» at any time. Inside your account we also record which companies each member opens and which recommendations they act on, to learn where their attention goes; we keep this for 180 days, and each person can forget their own from the «What Deloni learned» page.

We use it to run and improve the service, to contact you about your account (activation, support, first-week messages), and to produce anonymous aggregated statistics as described in section 7. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

5Your obligations when contacting others

• You warrant that you have a lawful basis to contact every person you message under the laws of their country and yours (including the Personal Data Protection Laws of Saudi Arabia, the UAE and others), you confirm this explicitly before the first email to each address, and your confirmation is kept in the compliance log.
• You stop immediately when someone opts out, and you accept that an opt-out through the platform applies to every sender on it.
• You do not import purchased or leaked lists, nor use addresses obtained without a lawful basis.
• You do not send misleading, abusive or impersonating content; messages always carry your real company identity and the opt-out link.
• You verify important information in reports before relying on it in a message or a decision.

6Acceptable and prohibited use

Lawful business purposes only. Prohibited: bulk spam, circumventing sending limits or warm-up, sharing your account outside your team, attempting to access other accounts' data, automated scraping of the platform, and any use that breaks the laws of your country or the recipient's country or the terms of mail providers and social platforms.

7Public business data and retention

The platform keeps a public business database to improve the service for all users: company name, industry, location, website and public contact details, and the names and titles of decision makers as they appear in public sources. Decision-maker records not re-verified within 18 months are deleted automatically. Your analysis, reports, messages, outreach results and targets are never shared with other users.

Aggregated statistics: we may publish general figures calculated from the use of many accounts together, such as the average reply rate to a first message in one sector over a quarter. Every published figure combines at least 5 different accounts, so it cannot be traced back to one account. We never publish the name of a company or a person, the numbers of any single account, or the text of any message. Your analysis, reports, messages, outreach results and targets stay yours and are never shown to another user.

Any person or company can request removal on the data removal page or by writing to info@deloni.io; the request is added to the do-not-contact list at once and the record is removed from the database.

Public «Today's opportunities» pages: they show the company's name, a summary of the event in our own words, its date and a link to the public article it came from, from lawful public sources only. They never show people's names, company logos or the name of a government buyer in a contract, and a social-network post is never used as the source. Any company can ask for a correction or for removal through the «Request a correction or removal» link at the bottom of every page; a removed company is excluded from every public page.

8Your rights

You can request a copy or correction of your data, or deletion of your account, at any time: info@deloni.io. Account deletion removes your personal data within 30 days; compliance records (whom you contacted, when and on what basis) are kept for the period the law requires.

9Disclaimer

Reports, scores and messages rely on public sources and automated analysis and may contain errors or outdated information; every claim carries an evidence grade to help you verify it. We do not guarantee commercial results (replies, meetings or deals), and the service is not legal, tax or financial advice. The service may pause for maintenance or for reasons outside our control (hosting, AI and mail providers).

10Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. You agree to indemnify Deloni and its operators against any claim, fine or damage arising from your breach of sections 5 or 6, from the content of your messages, or from data you enter or import.

11Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account immediately for abuse, a documented complaint or a risk to shared mail reputation, and will tell you why. You can close your account at any time.

12Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify material changes inside the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of registration unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise; disputes are first resolved amicably.
